Neil has over 15 years worth of experience supplying products into public sector and central government markets with end user clients such as HMRC, DWP, MOJ, MOD, BEIS, The Home Office, NCA, Police Forces, Fire and Rescue, NHS as well as commercial end users such was BT, Burger King, Laing O’Rourke, Sainsbury’s, Selfridges, Argos and many more.
Neil’s detailed understanding of public sector supply chain and frameworks through which the goods are supplied to end users such as HMRC has allowed for significant relationships with large resellers such who control the commercial processes for these contracts. Neil has long standing relationships with decision makers within these organisations that will allow Verde Group to market and sell it’s products to the target end users where other companies might struggle to get registered and identified on these frameworks.
Carl has over 20 years experience in Sales & Marketing roles, spanning leadership roles in U.K. and European environments.
Vast experience in launching, selling and marketing new products internationally for both manufacturing and distribution organisations. Carl proudly operates as a Trustee and Non Exec Director for local, UK Charities


Alan Roskell began his career through an apprenticeship in electrical and instrumentation engineering, progressing into fire detection engineering with Siemens. Building on his technical expertise, he later transitioned into engineering sales before founding Dante Fire & Security Ltd, which grew into the Dante Group—a trusted name serving the commercial facilities and maintenance industry.
With a strong foundation in engineering and a track record of business growth, Alan has continually sought opportunities to apply technology in ways that drive both innovation and sustainability. His vision extends beyond commercial success, focusing on solutions that deliver long-term value and contribute to a more sustainable future for generations to come
Brian Sinnott began his career as an Electrical Engineer in 1990 before moving into the Fire & Security industry with Siemens, initially as an engineer and later progressing into project management.
In 2001, he founded Dante Fire & Security, where he has led operations across multiple disciplines for more than 25 years, building a strong reputation for expertise, reliability, and leadership within the sector.


David Roberts began his career in electronics after studying Electronics and Microprocessor Systems, specialising in component-level fault diagnosis and repair. In the mid 1980s, he transitioned into technical roles within the Electronic Fire and Security Industry, first with a smaller company later acquired by Bosch, and then with Cerberus, which became part of Siemens Building Technologies.
In 2001, David founded his first company, Dante Fire & Security. As his career developed, his focus expanded beyond technical expertise to encompass business management and finance across multiple sectors, including the built environment, maintenance, education, and training.
With a proven track record in business formation, growth, acquisitions, and mergers, David is recognised as a strong leader who brings deep knowledge and experience to every venture—making him well-positioned to drive success in this new opportunity.

With over 30 years’ experience in engineering and construction John has been involved in the delivery of major regeneration projects and complex engineering projects across much of the UK and in particular the North East and North West of England, having worked on the regeneration of both Newcastle and Sunderland City centres.
Formerly Director of Project Management at Turner & Townsend Project Management, John is currently the Managing Director of Warrington & Co, responsible for the delivery of all major regeneration, housing and development projects within the Town Centre and the wider Borough. Recently this has included the £142m Time Square development, a new bus depot, leisure facilities and housing schemes for open market rent and specialised accommodation.
